Cancellation policy (1) Individual products The company Personalized HC UG manufactures 95% individual products for consumers that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, e.g. mugs with a photo, T-shirts with a photo, etc. A return of ordered products and a cancellation of product groups already in production is therefore not possible (§ 312g Abs.2 Nr.1 BGB). (2) Non-individual products The customer has a right of withdrawal for all other products that are not customized. The customer can cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
